Originally from Montreal, Canada, Stephanie earned her Civil Law degree from the University of Ottawa. Upon relocating to Florida, Stephanie earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law, distinguishing herself by consistently making the Dean’s List and graduating Cum Laude.

In 2016, Stephanie Avitan started working at a reputable business law firm in Coral Gables, where she then became a partner in 2021. Her practice primarily focused on providing invaluable assistance to both domestic and international clients, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private offerings, corporate formation, corporate governance, corporate structuring and restructuring, and contract drafting.

After serving as the Chief Legal Officer at a biotechnology company for two years, Stephanie has made the strategic decision to channel her expertise and passion for law into establishing her own practice. This transition reflects her desire to offer clients personalized, top-tier legal services, leveraging her wealth of knowledge and diverse experience.

On a Personal Note: Stephanie is a multilingual individual fluent in English, French, and Hebrew. She possesses a zest for exploring new destinations globally.
